    All pre-approved firms consistently produce quality work, fully understand and support Deerpath Farm’s planning goals and quality guidelines, and have been pre-approved by the Architectural Review Board. Working with a pre-approved firm can help your design and building process proceed smoothly and efficiently. A list of pre-approved architects, landscape architects, design-build firms and general contractors is available by request.

    Please note that all builders and architects are welcome; lot buyers are not required to work with pre-approved firms.
